Out now on Lunch Records is the new L0k + Peter Panspermia collaboration Something About The Weather.
Eighteen tracks, no less, of interlocking and twisted samples, intermittent groove, and vocals awash with reverb. Worth a long listen.
Writing and production by Peter Panspermia and L0k

From the Lunch Records family, L0k + Peter Panspermia collaborate on ‘self / rejection,’ the first single of their soon to be released Something About The Weather LP.
I love the way this track breaths around the detail of the snare and hats. As always Peter’s vocal floats in the pocket.

Michael Terren’s work for ruined pianos It ends in a crypt is out now.
On its surface this record is an intriguing and enveloping listen, the playing and capture drawing the listener into unique resonances and mechanics of five ruined pianos. What gives the project real weight (and I think you can feel it) is the connection between Michael and Ross Bolleter (musician, writer, Zen teacher, and keeper of the pianos). The two sharing a long friendship and collaboration that extends a lineage of ruined piano playing, improvisation, and composition here in Boorloo.
