Stella Mayn’s fresh single ‘Dreamworld’ is out now. Crispy, sparkly percussion shimmers above a real solid bass line. Little synth moments add a funness to the groove, and Stella’s voice floats through the image anchoring everything. You can’t help but move to it.

Mia June’s single ‘Careful’ is out now on Father Daughter Records. Crisp and close acoustic guitars usher in an intimate vocal. Dark, textured percussion builds to a whaling outro. I love the release of the free, open strumming in the chorus.

Mia June’s single ‘Pet’ is out now on Father Daughter Records. This one takes us from an intimate, close vocal to heavy beating drums and distorted guitars. The toms really jump in this track in an exciting way, shades of Nirvana through the guitar tone, and the vocal delivers lyrics of substance.

Bribes’ sophomore album Caught in the Corners is out Friday the 13th.
Having expand from trio to quartet the group now covers more sonic and songwriting territory, with flashes of synthesiser and allusions of the theatrical nature. It’s a really nice progression from the first record without losing this classic (in a good way) feel to every tune.
Caught in the Corners is the RTRFM Local Feature Release for the week of March 9th, 2026.
